Refunds

We shall process refunds as soon as items are received back from you. Please note that refunds will be made using the same payment method you originally used. If by card, we shall refund the card you used.

Returns

We allow a 7-day full money back guarantee for any reason.  Where goods are faulty we shall pay the cost of return postage.  Where returned for any other reason we will refund the cost of goods only. Where items have been named, we will refund if the item is faulty only.
